Hello Sunshine! Summer is on its way, so here is your June check list to get your home ready for the warmer days ahead.
- Clean or replace furnace filter, HRV or humidifier filter (if applicable)
- Inspect air conditioning, adjust vents according to season, compressor in a level position, and clean filter (if applicable)
- Check roof for missing shingles. If you live within a condominium, please notify your property manager regarding any missing or lifted shingles.
- Check outbuildings (shed)
- Clean range hood/OTR filter
- Check sump pump to ensure that it is operating properly
