Spring is in the air! May not only brings us blooming flowers, but also the ideal climate to get our lawns in tip-top shop for the warm summer months that are on their way. It's time to get your lawn prep started with some aerating and fertilizing. This is also the time to add top dress to your grass by adding seeds that will help ensure your lawn is full and lush (get ready to cause some major neighbour lawn-envy!). - Clean or replace furnace filter, HRV or humidifier filter (if applicable)
- Check caulking on window, door, and casing
- Clean range hood/OTR filter
- Check teleposts for adequate tightness
- Check weather stripping on all exterior doors for a good seal
- Check sump pump to ensure that it is operating properly
- Clean all window wells
